I promised to hold a contest and give away gift certificates once Alter/Ego reached 500 likes on Facebook. Since we’ve already reached 410, I figured it was about time I actually designed them GC’s.
Three lucky winners will get these yummy yummy discounts. And it’ll mean a lot, considering how cheap my clothes will be already haha! So be on the lookout, you guys. Once we hit the big 500, I’ll release the contest mechanics! Keep on liking that Facebook page! :D
hi! :) just found your blog on lookbook and i loved the way you dress. :D i'm an upcoming freshmen in college and i really have no idea about fashion. haha! i usually wear t-shirts and jeans wherever i go. so maybe you can help me? i'll be studying at Assumption College in Makati and a lot of things are not allowed in there but i forget them.. so maybe some advice on what can i wear and where to shop? i really have nothing good to wear for college and a very tight budget.. thanks!
Aww thanks, sweetie!
HMM that’s kind of a vague question, I could answer you in like ten paragraphs haha! Just go shop for a lot of cheap clothes so you can mix and match when you get to school. Maybe you can go ukay? Or go to department stores? Just so you’ll have a lot of pieces to work with. Make sure they’re all school-appropriate, too! ;)
Mainly because it’s closest to where I live. *toink*
That, and because the tuition is more… “reasonable”, so to speak haha! Fashion school is expensive. But I went around and FIP seemed to be the cheapest. And it’s especially perfect because they give you crash courses, like me I just want all the basics. I don’t want to get a degree pa or anything. Hope that helped. :)
We probably all know about the Fifth Code - this super cool blazer line that guys turn to when they want that perfect I-look-good-even-without-trying vibe. And you’d probably already know the owner of this brand, Lorenz Namalata, too! Yes yes? I’m such a proud friend! :) ANYWAY!
I’ve always loved the product and feel, so “LOREEENZ, MAKE FOR GIRLS DIN PLEASE!” is a pretty common line coming from me. Then lo and behold, Lorenz comes up with Muse, the female counterpart of his Fifth Code line. Finally!
I really want that gold one now. HUMMMM!
So now both boys and gals can all grab these awesome blazers and be happy! Isn’t life swell? For orders and inquiries, check out the Fifth Code. :)

Hello there, Bea! I've been hyping your lookbook posts for quite a while now and I just found out you're studying at FIP. Are they still open for enrollment? Thank you!:)
Orily! Thanks :)
Yup, FIP’s always open for enrollment - but at two month intervals because it takes two months for courses to end. So January, then March, then May… those are the months where you can start class. So if you want to study there this May to June, then you should apply na this April. :)
