I just recently signed up for Pinterest, and it’s a lot more fun than I thought it’d be. It’s kinda like Tumblr, where there are a bunch of images, and you get to repin the stuff you like.
This time, though, you get to group them into moodboards and you can grab them from anywhere! I created my “fashion bamboozling” moodboard. Just filled it up with fashiony things that inspire me. Like, you could be at the Mango website and see this, you can pin it up to your Pinterest! :)
Keep your eyes, peeled. I’ll be having a surprise soon for all my fashionable readers, but you can’t join without having an account. SO MAKE A PINTEREST ACCOUNT! Okay? Okay. Sayang naman yung25k prizeat angfeature sa newspaper ;)
I love how you dress! As in galing mo lang magdala! :-)
Thank youuuuu! :D
My older sister once told me “it doesn’t matter what you wear, as long as you wear it with attitude you’ll look good”. I kind of lived by that, and that’s how I was able to pull off my own style. So happy that you appreciaaate. :)
I promised to hold a contest and give away gift certificates once Alter/Ego reached 500 likes on Facebook. Since we’ve already reached 410, I figured it was about time I actually designed them GC’s.
Three lucky winners will get these yummy yummy discounts. And it’ll mean a lot, considering how cheap my clothes will be already haha! So be on the lookout, you guys. Once we hit the big 500, I’ll release the contest mechanics! Keep on liking that Facebook page! :D
hi! :) just found your blog on lookbook and i loved the way you dress. :D i'm an upcoming freshmen in college and i really have no idea about fashion. haha! i usually wear t-shirts and jeans wherever i go. so maybe you can help me? i'll be studying at Assumption College in Makati and a lot of things are not allowed in there but i forget them.. so maybe some advice on what can i wear and where to shop? i really have nothing good to wear for college and a very tight budget.. thanks!
Aww thanks, sweetie!
HMM that’s kind of a vague question, I could answer you in like ten paragraphs haha! Just go shop for a lot of cheap clothes so you can mix and match when you get to school. Maybe you can go ukay? Or go to department stores? Just so you’ll have a lot of pieces to work with. Make sure they’re all school-appropriate, too! ;)
Mainly because it’s closest to where I live. *toink*
That, and because the tuition is more… “reasonable”, so to speak haha! Fashion school is expensive. But I went around and FIP seemed to be the cheapest. And it’s especially perfect because they give you crash courses, like me I just want all the basics. I don’t want to get a degree pa or anything. Hope that helped. :)
